Son of God, treasure your Father's commands. He directs you: embrace Wisdom as your sister and intimate friend. Let her preserve you against the smooth-talking adulteress. She is sly, dressed provocatively. She works hard to seduce vulnerable, foolish men. When a man gives in to her attractions, he’s like an ox going to slaughter, a wounded stag, or a snared bird. Don’t let her turn your heart aside; her victims are a great host, and her bed is the portal leading you down to the chambers of eternal death!
